Accounts Receivable Clerk in Virginia Beach, VA

A successful and stable property management company is seeking an accounts receivable accountant to join its Virginia Beach team. The accounts receivable accountant will handle all cash receipts, set up tenants in the Timberline database, take charge of accounts receivable and deposits, reconcile general ledger and bank accounts, and collect on outstanding rents due. The accounts receivable accountant must have 3+ years of accounts receivable experience, strong general ledger accounting knowledge, excellent computer knowledge with experience with Timberline highly preferred, and strong communication skill, with property management industry experience a plus.
